What this is, and what it is not
A hazardous substances register is a list of what you hold and what its hazards are. It supports a COSHH assessment but does not replace one. Your employer still has to assess the risk of how each substance is used, and a competent person has to sign that off. Hazard data here describes the substance as classified, so a dilute solution may be less hazardous.
