    How collection works

    Five steps from an untidy shelf to a signed record. We arrange the collection. We do not transport, treat or hold waste ourselves.

    1. List

      Send a stock list, a spreadsheet or a few photos. A rough list is fine, and we will ask about anything unclear.

    2. Price

      We work out how the items will be packed and give you one price, with the waste code for each line.

    3. Book

      Accept the quote against a purchase order and we agree a date that suits the site.

    4. Collect

      A registered carrier packs the chemicals on site and takes them away for treatment or disposal.

    5. Document

      You get the consignment note and disposal records. Keep them for at least three years.

    The suppliers who do the collecting

    We work with specialist carriers and treatment sites across the UK. You deal with us and get one price. Before a supplier works on a collection we check four things.

    Carrier registration
    A current waste carrier registration, checked against the public register for the nation they work in.
    ADR
    Dangerous goods transport arrangements that suit what is being moved, including a safety adviser and UN approved packaging.
    Insurance
    Current cover, with the expiry date held on file and followed up before it lapses.
    Audit
    Consignment notes and proof of disposal for each job, reviewed against what was collected.
